We don’t lock you in. We do an initial service and one follow-up — that’s it. You stay because you like our work.
Are rodent inspections really free?
Yes — we check the home, locate how they’re getting in, and give you a zero-pressure quote.
Is your termite inspection free?
Checking for termites is free. If you need an official WDI report for a lender, that inspection and paperwork is $299.
Are your technicians licensed and insured?
Yes, we’re licensed and insured in Texas, using products approved for homes and families.
Can you do same-day or next-day service?
Call 469-378-9113 before noon and we can usually get you in that day. Otherwise, we’ll get you on the next day’s route.
Do you treat commercial places too?
